Keith Andre Mixon Jr. is a dedicated trainer and former collegiate athlete with a passion for transforming lives through fitness. A Shades Valley High graduate, Keith played football in the SEC at Mississippi State University and later at Western Michigan University, earning a Bachelor’s in Human Science with a focus on Kinesiology.

Keith combines his academic expertise with hands-on experience, offering innovative programs that inspire physical and spiritual growth. Rooted in his faith, he views fitness as a way to honor the body and empower others to achieve holistic wellness.
